About Ramada Birmingham Oldbury

This is a great example of using WordPress as a content management system. The entire site content (including all images, including random image pool and feature panels) is 100% managed through a heavily customised WordPress installation. Although the site is live, this is a work in progress and a booking system will be integrated into the sidebar, along with a news area (more traditional blog presentation), along with some more content to follow (the hotel literally opened weeks ago!).

The site is designed to market a new purpose built hotel in Birmingham, built at a cost of £20 million.

Who Designed the Theme

It is 100% original CSS code designed by myself. No other themes/code was re-used or reverse engineered to create this design, although the corporate styleguide (as used by many larger companies) was used for creative guidance in some areas and create a harmonious design to complement the global corporate website.
